Q. What type of files do I need to provide for my logo?
A. We prefer an eps (vectored artwork), ai (adobe illustrator) or cdr (dorel draw)
but will take it in any format you have available. Art charge may apply based
on the quality and complexity of the logo. We will tell you upfront.
Q. I don't have a logo, can you design one for me?
A. Yes, once we have some information from you we will provide you an art charge estimate.
Q. How quickly can I receive my products?
A. Most products have a 7-10 Business Day turnaround time (excluding shipping time). Any custom products may as quickly as 6-8 weeks. If you have an event, let us know upfront and we will give you your best options trying to avoid rush production or expedited shipping
Q. I have no idea what I want but I know how many items I would like and a budget, can you help me?
A. No problem, we will provide you a presentation of items that meet your quantity and budget.
Q. What is your sample policy?
A. Any products in our showroom are free for you to check-out and present to your boss or board. Any other products are free (under $5.00) and we can ship this to you. Products greater than $5.00 require a deposit for the item and once it is returned, we will credit you.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We take all credit cards (except Discover), personal check and cash. Purchase Orders are only accepted if you have been approved. To be approved for ordering by purchase orders, call us and we will get you in touch with the correct person.
Q. Do I pay Sales Tax?
A. B-Impressed is required to collect sales tax for orders that are delivered within the state of California (8.75%). If your organization is exempt from CA state sales tax, we require a copy of your tax exemption certificate for our fileS. From time to time we may also require that an updated form is received from
your company to ensure that our records are kept up to date.
Overrun/Underrun for Printed Promotional Products
- B-Impressed makes every attempt to ship exact quantities. Due to quality control efforts and the high speed of the custom production process, there is the potential for up to 10% over/under runs. We will only invoice for the exact quantity shipped.
- For screen printed products or promotional products (excluding full color printing), PMS (Pantone Matching
System) colors are used. CMYK (Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Black) is used for full color printing and embroidery colors
we use is madeira thread chart.
